Shopping On-line: We use PayPal for all on-line purchases, but you don't need a PayPal account to buy. We accept all major credit cards. Additional shipping and handling fees apply. Your order will take 1-3 business days to process, at which time we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Occasionally there may be a delay if the product you order is out of stock; if this is the case, we will send you a separate e-mail to let you know when we expect our shipment in.
Stock Availablilty: If you need an item right away, please call to check the stock availability. While we do strive to maintain all items instock, sometimes we sell out before we can update the website. If an item is listed as "Sold Out"or "Out of Stock" it is only temporary. Sold-out items will be replaced as soon as possible; discontinued items will be removed from the website.
Some jewelry is limited to one of each item on hand. Most of the companies listed on our site allow for "single item shipping," meaning that we will order the single piece you've requested. It will come to us first for quality inspection, and then be sent out to you. This may delay your order by a few days. If you need more than one of a particular piece, we will ship the order when all pieces have arrive.
If the item is not currently available, or we have to order it from our distributers, we will send you an email notification.
Reserve for In-store Pickup: Feel free to reserve an item(s) for pick-up. This is considered a "hold", and as with our regular holding policy we will set the item(s) aside for you with your name and number for three days if no pre-payment is recieved. Reservaations must be made must be made by phone.

We do offer an in-store layaway plan: 20% of the total down with no interest. As long as you make regular payments every 30 days, you have 6 months to pix up your item(s)!
